Gloria Okereke has extensive experience in service desk management, currently serving as the Service Desk Manager at IHS Towers since August 2015. In this role, Gloria coordinates team members, evaluates service delivery performance, and implements strategies to enhance customer service. Prior positions at IHS Towers include acting as Manager, Service Desk, and serving as Team Lead, Service Desk, alongside responsibilities as a Service Desk Specialist, where Gloria provided reports on operational metrics and managed customer inquiries efficiently. Earlier experience includes serving as an Operations Executive at PrimeTrack Telematics, handling office administration and client relations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organisational Behaviour from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Ibadan.
