Omolayo Latunji

Omolayo Latunji is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate commercial law, having held the position of Manager, Corporate Commercial at IHS Towers since November 2021. Previously, Omolayo served as a Senior Associate and Associate at Streamsowers & Köhn from May 2017 to October 2021 and from January 2011 to February 2017, respectively, focusing on corporate commercial matters, company secretarial services, litigation, and legislative advocacy. Omolayo began the legal career with an internship at the Federal Inland Revenue Service in June 2008, conducting research on tax laws in Nigeria. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Commercial Law from Cardiff University and an LLB from the University of Lagos.
