Ugochi Obodo

Ugochi Obodo is a Senior Legal Counsel at IHS Towers since May 2022, with extensive experience in legal consultancy. Prior roles include Legal Consultant at Al Bisher Legal Group from October 2012 to April 2022 and legal consultant and solicitor at Al Oula Law Firm from October 2009 to September 2012. Ugochi has expertise in reviewing international agreements, preparing commercial contracts, and advising clients on international commercial transactions. Previous experience also includes serving as a Senior Solicitor at Fidelis Oditah & Co from January 2006 to May 2008, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate takeovers, and capital market transactions.
