Ashley Rock began their work experience in 2014 at the University of Maryland Medical Center, where they served as a Nurse Manager for two years. In 2016, they co-founded the company Above It All and became a Co-Owner. Later that year, they also joined CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield as a Director. In 2019, they left their position at CareFirst.
