Sierra C. currently serves as the Community Outreach & Education Coordinator at the Institute of Human Virology, University of Maryland School of Medicine, a position held since August 2018. Additionally, Sierra C. has been a Domestic Violence Crisis Advocate at the YWCA of Annapolis & Anne Arundel County since October 2019.
