Rashika Nandakumar

Rashika Nandakumar is currently a Senior Executive in HR at IHX - A Perfios Company, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Rashika served as a Human Resources Executive at EDS Technologies from June 2022 to March 2025 and worked as a Business Development Associate at BYJU'S from September 2020 to August 2021. Rashika is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management at Indira Gandhi National Open University, expected to be completed in December 2025. Rashika holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from MVJ College of Engineering, Bangalore, obtained in 2020, and completed the PCMB program at Deeksha Institute in 2016. Earlier education includes an ICSE degree from Carmel School.
