Whitney Foley

Whitney Foley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management, data analysis, and defense operations. Currently serving as Program Manager at II Corps Consultants, Inc. since March 2017, Whitney has previously held the position of Data Analyst within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as a Defense Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton and as a Training Analyst/Action Officer at II Corps Consultants, Inc. Additionally, Whitney worked as a Project Manager at the Range Management Branch in Quantico and held several roles within the United States Marine Corps, including Warfighting Instructor, Company Executive Officer, and Assistant Operations Officer. Whitney holds an MBA from the University of Mary Washington and a degree in Education with a focus on English Health from Fairmont State University.
