Jitin Chadha

Dr. Jitin Chadha is an accomplished entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in design and finance education. As the Founder and CEO of AND Academy since January 2022, Jitin Chadha leads a pioneering online platform focused on design upskilling, offering courses in UX/UI design, Motion Graphics, Digital Brand Communication, Graphic Design, and Interior Design. In addition, Jitin Chadha founded and directs the Indian Institute of Art and Design, which collaborates with Kingston University to provide a studio-based education in design disciplines. Previously, Jitin Chadha established the Indian School of Business & Finance, which is recognized for its prestigious programs in economics, management, and finance, affiliated with the University of London. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education program in General Management from Stanford University, a PhD in Finance from Delhi University, and an MSc in Economics & Finance from the University of Warwick.
