Jon Buttriss

Jon Buttriss serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for IIBA since June 2018, guiding the strategic direction of the global professional organization dedicated to business analysis and process improvement. As Head of Service Transformation for Revenue Services at the States of Guernsey, Jon provides governance in digitally transforming Income Tax and Contributions, aligning efforts with corporate strategies to enhance customer experiences and service integration. Jon has held various leadership roles, including Non-Executive Director at London Learning Consortium, CEO of BCS Learning & Development, Managing Director at Reed Learning, and Director positions at several other organizations. Jon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and Computing from the University of Sunderland.
