Lianne Watford

Lianne Watford, CBAP, currently serves as the Deputy Regional Director for the Western Europe Chapters of the EMEA Region with the IIBA since October 2023. With extensive expertise as an independent business owner and senior business analyst at LHW CONSULTING since November 2011, Lianne provides business analysis services to the P&C Insurance industry, focusing on the implementation of Policy Administration Systems and enhancing Change Management processes. Lianne has also held strategic roles such as forming an IT Project Prioritization Steering Committee and leading a Business Analyst Community of Practice at various organizations. Prior leadership experience includes founding the IIBA Palmetto Chapter and serving as the Senior Business Analyst at multiple companies, including Bespoke Management and Technologies and Computer Science Corporation. Educationally, Lianne possesses an Associate in Science in Commercial Education from the University of South Carolina and a Master Certificate in Business Analysis from Villanova University, among other qualifications in banking and real estate.
