Stephanie Reynaud has cultivated a diverse professional background in customer service and management roles across various companies. Since January 2021, Stephanie has been with the IICRC, advancing from a Customer Service Representative to Certification & Exam Developer, and also briefly serving as Interim Certification Manager and Facilities Coordinator.
