Stephanie Reynaud has cultivated a diverse professional background in customer service and management roles across various companies. Since January 2021, Stephanie has been with the IICRC, advancing from a Customer Service Representative to Certification & Exam Developer, and also briefly serving as Interim Certification Manager and Facilities Coordinator. Prior experience includes a Customer Care Coordinator position at OnHoldUSA, LLC, and earlier roles at Kroger and TJ Maxx. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Purdue University Fort Wayne, which was attained between 2011 and 2015, following completion of high school at Manchester Jr-Sr High School.
