Manjinder Singh Sidhu

Manjinder Singh Sidhu is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at the International Institute for Environment and Development since December 2023, Manjinder collaborates with stakeholders to develop DEI strategies. With a longstanding commitment to the LGBTQ+ community, Manjinder holds a Trustee role at The Proud Trust and works as a Principal Consultant at My Spiritual Soul, providing NLP life coaching and therapies. Previous roles include Senior D&I Partner at Innovate UK KTN, Inclusion and Diversity Content Developer at Maximus UK, and Diversity & Inclusion Manager at H.U.M.A.N. Manjinder has also made contributions in educational settings as a Student Wellbeing Coach and has a background in media production with Sikh Channel and community engagement with Video Volunteers. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Human Rights and various certifications in NLP and coaching.
