Govind Modani

Govind Modani is an accomplished finance professional with over a decade of experience in treasury and finance management. Currently serving as the Head of Treasury at IIFL since December 2010, Govind previously held the position of Finance Manager at Bombay Stock Exchange Limited from June 2007 to December 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Rajasthan, a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a Certificate Programme on Capital Markets from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai.
