Jamel Craig currently serves as an Engineering Technician at the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety / Highway Loss Data Institute since March 2023. Previously, Jamel held the position of Associate Production Manager at CustomInk from February 2013 to March 2023, leading a team of 20-30 and focusing on productivity, quality, and creating efficient SOPs.
