Sweta Singh

Sweta Singh is an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Amritsar since July 2020, previously serving as a Research Scholar at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore for nine years, focusing on Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. Prior experience includes roles as a Lecturer and Coordinator at Great Lakes Institute of Management, and as a Research Scholar at IBS, Hyderabad, where Sweta completed the Management Teachers Program. Early career experience includes working as an Executive in HR at KARIT International, conducting interviews and managing employee targets. Sweta holds a PhD from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, an MBA in HR & OB from the University of Kalyani, a B.Sc. in Zoology from Sree Gopal Banerjee College, and completed SSC in Science at Kalyani Central Model School.
