Pranjal Konwar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, talent management, and startup incubation. Currently serving as the COO at IIM Calcutta Innovation Park since September 2018, Pranjal focuses on mentoring startups to achieve market growth and development. As the Founder of TalentKrafters, Pranjal provided training and HR advisory services to startups and SMEs from January 2016 to August 2019. Previously, as the CEO and Founder of GoodBuy, Pranjal established Northeast India's first supermarket chain, winning the 'Northeast Brands Award' for Best Retail Launch in 2013. With prior HR leadership roles at Vodafone, Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, Metro Cash and Carry, and experience in numerous key organizations, Pranjal demonstrates a strong commitment to talent acquisition and employee engagement. Pranjal holds an Executive Education in Leadership from Harvard University and a Master's in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.

The IIM Calcutta Innovation Park (IIMCIP) is a not for profit (Section 8) company established under the aegis of IIM Calcutta to promote Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The broad objectives of IIMCIP are: 1. To promote entrepreneurship and create a nurturing ecosystem where fledgling enterprises with innovative ideas and solutions can flourish 2. To promote Innovation in research and business through industry-academia partnership The IIMCIP aims at creating a complete and comprehensive ecosystem to promote and nurture innovative enterprises. There are two broad verticals under IIMCIP – Business Incubation Unit and Innovation Lab.
