Anamitra Chatterjee

Anamitra Chatterjee is an experienced executive coach and leadership development faculty with a practice rooted in the philosophy that performance is influenced by potential and internal interference. Currently serving as an Accredited Executive Coach at Independent Practice and as an Ashridge Executive Coach since 2015, Anamitra also teaches Executive Education at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and has held past faculty roles at the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur. Previous positions include Director of Executive Coaching at Eruditus Executive Education and Head of HR and Learning & Development at PwC. Anamitra's educational background includes a PGD in Public Financial Policy from The London School of Economics, an M.Sc in Executive Coaching from Hult Ashridge, an MBA in Strategic Management and Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Sc in Economics from Presidency College, Calcutta University.
