Prapti Agarwal

Prapti Agarwal is currently a PhD scholar at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, specializing in Organizational Behavior Studies. With extensive experience in learning and development, Prapti directed over 200 experiential learning training programs for more than 40 organizations at People Labs Pvt Ltd. Prior roles include positions of Assistant Vice President, Senior Manager, and Assistant Manager at MMTC Limited, where Prapti completed a summer internship focused on market analysis and strategic initiatives. Prapti holds a Master of International Business from Delhi University, a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from GGDSD, and has completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women program at IIM Bangalore.
