The Leadership Team at the International Institute of New England (IINE) is responsible for guiding the organization's strategic direction and ensuring the successful execution of its mission to support refugees and immigrants. This team oversees operations across multiple locations, manages financial and human resources, drives fundraising initiatives, and advocates for policies that enhance the well-being of new Americans. By collaborating with staff and stakeholders, they aim to expand IINE's programs and impact, ultimately doubling the number of newcomers served within five years.
