Vinay Karle

Vinay Karle is the Vice President at IIT Bombay Heritage Fund. Vinay has over two years of experience in global product management, data and AI, treasury and trade solutions. Prior to their current role, they were with Citi September 2019 to April 2021 as the Global Product Manager, Data and AI, Treasury and Trade Solutions. There, they were responsible for incubating an innovative UX/CX & data-driven product using Advanced Analytics to optimize treasury operations using efficiency constructs. The business benefit was illustrated through highly visual payment flows simulation. Vinay was also with Williams Capital Management, L.P. from June 2018 to September 2019 as the Senior Portfolio Manager where they were responsible for capital markets expertise combined with automation, use of API /Scripting which led to 2 fold increase in number of accounts and 6 fold increase in AUM.

Vinay Karle has completed a B.Tech in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Vinay has also completed an MS in Engineering with a focus in Algorithmic Research, Combinatorics & AI based Optimization from North Carolina State University. Additionally, they have completed Higher Secondary Education in Science from D. G. Ruparel College and Secondary School Education from Chikitsak Samuha Shirolkar High School. Vinay also has various certifications from LinkedIn, FINRA, Oracle, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, and the Investment Banking Institute.
