Gaurav U.

Gaurav U. is a dedicated academic and research professional currently serving as a Senior Research Fellow and Teaching Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) in Varanasi since July 2019. With experience as a Junior Research Fellow, Gaurav has a solid foundation in engineering and industrial management, having pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the same field from the same institution, expected to be completed in 2025, alongside a Master's degree in Industrial Management earned in 2021. Additionally, Gaurav gained practical industry experience as a Business Development Intern at Grad2live, focusing on market research and brand development, along with an Operations Internship at Indian Railways, where insights into locomotive production processes were gained.
