Patti Paas

Patti Paas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Patti started their career as the Director of Recruiting at SPR/Leapnet, where they managed all recruiting activities and successfully increased the branch size. Patti then worked as a Contract Recruiter at Knightsbridge Solutions before taking on the role of Recruitment Coordinator at Higher Colleges of Technology. In this position, they were responsible for managing a recruitment administration team and overseeing the full life cycle recruitment of local and international candidates. Patti also held the title of Executive Contract Recruiter at Korn Ferry before joining PNC as a Senior Recruiter. At PNC, they were involved in hands-on full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing and cold calling passive candidates. Patti also had additional responsibilities in diversity recruitment and coaching managers on hiring practices. Patti Paas has a Bachelor of Science degree in Math, English, and Education from Western Michigan University. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have pursued further studies in various fields.
