Rocky Cheng

Rocky Cheng is a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at iKala since August 2023, where responsibilities include building QA workflows and documentation infrastructure, enhancing testing efficiency, and leading onboarding programs. Prior experience includes serving as Quality Assurance Engineer II at Amazon, acting as a liaison among software, firmware, and hardware teams, and optimizing testing processes. At Symphox Information, Rocky improved e-commerce QA through strategic testing implementation and defect resolution. Experience as an Automated Test Engineer includes building testing infrastructures, CI/CD pipelines, and automated reporting systems at Xuenn Pte Ltd. Earlier, Rocky worked as a Software Engineer at Cloudpe Corporation, contributing to the development of a real-time communication platform, and held roles at Microsoft and VARIOX Corporation, focusing on software development and embedded systems. Rocky holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Taipei University of Technology.
