Florence Rao

Florence Rao is an experienced finance professional with a comprehensive background in consolidation, reporting, and financial management. Currently serving as Head of Group Finance and Head of Group Reporting at Ikano Group since April 2014, Florence has previously held senior roles such as Senior Consolidation and Reporting Manager and Group Consolidation Manager. Prior experience includes leadership positions at TMF Group as Team Leader Client Administration Structured Finance and as a Senior Accountant, along with a role as Consolidation Manager at Saint Gobain PAM. Florence's career began as an SAP Consultant at Capgemini and as a Financial Controller at Grand Vision - Photo Station. Educational qualifications include a DECF in Accounting and Finance from INTEC and a foundational degree from Institut Commercial de Nancy.
