Ivan Lafond

Ivan Lafond currently serves as the GS IT Operations Manager and IT Project Coordinator at Ikano Group since June 2022. With extensive experience at Ikano Group from 2007 to 2020, Ivan held roles including IT Service Manager, Incident and Problem Manager, and Information Technology Support Analyst, where responsibilities included ensuring a secure and compliant production environment, managing incident and change processes, and leading infrastructure projects for multiple companies. Prior experience includes a position as Network Support Analyst at Lloyds Banking Group, providing support across several European locations. Ivan completed a Higher National Diploma in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications and a Diploma in Specialized Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations from Universite de Lorraine.
