Suneeti Kaushal is a seasoned professional in risk management and insurance advisory, currently serving as the Group Head of Internal Audit, Operational Risk & Compliance at Ikano Group since August 2012. With expertise spanning operational risk management, internal audit, governance, and compliance within consumer banking, insurance, residential, and retail sectors, Suneeti has also held the position of Insurance Manager, providing risk and insurance guidance to IKEA and affiliated entities. Prior roles include Managing Director and Board Member at Ikano Insurance Advisory SA, Global Process Manager at Swiss Re, and various legal and insurance positions at Baker & McKenzie, Aon Risk Services, and Minter Ellison. Suneeti's academic credentials include LLB degrees from Queen's University and the University of Melbourne, alongside a Master's in Visual Neuroscience and a Bachelor's in Combined Honours in Computer Science and Psychology from York University.
