Ian Southern

Ian Southern has a strong background in the recruitment industry. Ian started their career at McGregor Boyall Associates in 1999 as an Account Manager, where they worked until 2003. Ian then joined Aston Carter as an Account Director from 2003 to 2004. In 2004, they became the Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of iKas International, where they remained until at least February 2019.
