Thomas Richter

Thomas Richter's work experience includes various roles at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG and Bankgesellschaft Berlin AG. Thomas began their career at Bankgesellschaft Berlin AG in 1996 as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst and later became the Team Head of Credit Risk Management. In 2003, they joined IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst and then moved on to become the Team Head of Structured Finance in 2006. Thomas Richter eventually became the Head of Credit Risk Management & Restructuring Europe at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG, a position they held from 2009 to 2017. In 2018, they took on the role of Head of Credit Risk Management for Energy, Property, Export & Project Finance at the same company.

Thomas Richter obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin between 1991 and 1994. Thomas also completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree from Wayne State University in 1994-1995.
