Patrycja H.

Patrycja H. has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, with a current leadership role in talent management at IKEA Canada since April 2020, where responsibilities have included leadership, competence development, and oversight of recruitment processes. Patrycja H. also serves as an ambassador for the IKEA Foundation since May 2023. Prior to IKEA, Patrycja H. held various positions at Kelly Services (Canada), Ltd., focusing on business development and technical recruitment, and gained valuable recruitment experience at TRS Staffing Solutions and Nexus Systems Group. Patrycja H. holds a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Mohawk College.
