Grant Operations

The Grant Operations team at the IKEA Foundation is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire grant lifecycle, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of the foundation's philanthropic funds. This includes evaluating grant proposals, monitoring grant compliance and progress, and ensuring alignment with the foundation's goals of alleviating poverty and combating climate change. The team ensures that over €200 million in grants annually are effectively utilized to create a better future for children and their families worldwide.
