Programme Management Team

The Programme Management Team at the IKEA Foundation is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring grant programs that address poverty and climate change. This team manages diverse portfolios including agricultural livelihoods, renewable energy, real economy, and refugee livelihoods, ensuring that projects align with the foundation's mission to improve family incomes, enhance quality of life, and protect the planet. The Programme Managers oversee specific initiatives, collaborate with partners, and report on progress to optimize impact and drive sustainable change for children and their families.
