Abhisek Saha

Abhisek Saha is an accomplished integration professional with extensive experience in various roles within leading organizations. Currently serving as Integration Lead - People and Culture Transformation at IKEA since April 2021, Abhisek also holds the title of Solutions Architect - People Planning. Prior to IKEA, experience includes roles at Sigma IT Group as an Application Support Specialist and at Capgemini as an Improvement Architect and Senior Integration Consultant, focusing on integration solutions and support in production environments. Abhisek's earlier tenure at IBM involved multiple positions, including Integration Consultant and Integration Developer, where responsibilities encompassed technical support, design reviews, and offshore coordination. Abhisek holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
