Adam Skobieś

Adam Skobieś is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and multichannel retailing. Currently serving as a Multichannel Network Leader at IKEA since January 2021, Adam focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving business growth through omnichannel capacity optimization and sustainability initiatives. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Kingfisher plc, where Adam oversaw the development of Integrated Business Planning and assessed supply chain capabilities across Central-Eastern Europe, as well as a Supply Chain Specialist at Decathlon International, ensuring product availability across multiple channels. Adam holds a Postgraduate Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, a Master's degree in Economics of Enterprise from WSEI University, and an Engineer's degree in Environmental Engineering from Politechnika Lubelska.
