Alicia Carroll

Alicia Carroll is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial activity and public relations, primarily at IKEA since November 2008. As the current Commercial Activity & Events Leader, Alicia mobilizes teams across Canada for various home furnishing events, enhancing the customer experience and driving traffic to stores and online. Past roles include Country Commercial Activity Leader and Commercial Public Relations Manager, where Alicia executed national PR strategies and cultivated media relationships, significantly contributing to brand visibility through successful campaigns. Earlier positions in marketing and communications at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair and as a volunteer for the Children's Wish Foundation demonstrate a strong foundational background in PR and marketing.
