Ángela García

Ángela García has extensive experience in human resources, customer service, and social work. Currently serving as a Leadership & Competence Specialist and People & Culture Generalist at IKEA since June 2016, Ángela is responsible for internal communication, training, development, and cultural values. Previous roles include sales staff at various retail companies, a telephone interviewer for GAD3 S.L., and a youth technician focused on programming and evaluating activities for young people. Ángela has also worked in social services, providing support and assistance to vulnerable populations. Educational credentials include a degree in Social Work from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Technical Degree in Sociocultural Animation.
