Carolyn Bell

Carolyn Bell is an experienced professional in public affairs and government advocacy, currently serving as the Head of Public Affairs for IKEA U.S. since September 2015. Prior to this role, Carolyn held positions at ISACA focused on government and regulatory advocacy from April 2014 to June 2015, and worked at the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) from March 2011 to June 2013 as both Manager and Coordinator of Government Affairs. Additional experience includes being the Deputy Development Director for the Democratic Leadership Council from January 2010 to February 2011, a Finance Assistant for Steve Shannon's campaign for Attorney General in mid-2009, and a Political Assistant for the Democratic Party of Virginia earlier in 2009. Carolyn Bell earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Richmond between 2005 and 2009, and completed earlier education at Germantown Academy.
