Christian Becker is the Head of Customer Experience at IKEA, leading the organization towards becoming an Omnichannel retailer by enhancing online and offline customer experiences. With 20 years of retail experience, Christian has successfully managed various teams and departments, including eCommerce and Country Kitchen Sales. Since launching the eCommerce business in 2018, Christian has quadrupled its turnover and inspired the transformation of IKEA's customer journey through innovative digital strategies. Christian holds a High School Diploma from Hochschule Merseburg and an Associate's degree from IKEA's internal education program.
