Darren Workman

Darren Workman is an experienced Operations Team Leader currently working at IKEA in Doncaster, where they oversee operations at the DC390 warehouse. With over 20 years of logistics experience and more than a decade in managerial roles, Darren has previously held positions such as Operations Manager at SIG plc and First Line Manager at both DHL and Wincanton. Darren has also gained foundational experience as a Warehouse Operative at MFI Home Delivery and has developed their skills further through various roles at Exel. They hold a diploma in management and leadership and have completed their NVQ qualifications.
