Heba Ahmed

Group Leader

Heba Ahmed has a diverse background in customer service and retail management, beginning as a Callcenter Agent at Vodafone from May 2008 to November 2010, where responsibilities included resolving customer issues and maintaining comprehensive records. Following this, Heba served as a Customer Service Agent at G4S from December 2010 to January 2013, and held the positions of Senior Sales Associate and Assistant Store Manager at Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) from February 2013 to July 2014, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. From December 2017 to January 2020, Heba was a Store Manager and Fashion Coach at Apparel Group, where strategic development aimed at increasing customer traffic and profitability was a priority. Currently, since February 2020, Heba operates as a Group Leader at IKEA. Heba holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Cairo University, earned between 2006 and 2009.
