Jacky Jiao

Jacky Jiao has extensive experience in sales and marketing, currently serving as a Sales and Local Marketing Manager at 宜家 since May 2017, with a progression through various related roles including Customer Relations & Local Marketing Manager and Sales Core Area Manager. Prior to this, Jacky held multiple management positions at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts from September 2009 to May 2017, including Acting Front Office Manager and Horizon Club Manager.
