Kaled Kasem has extensive experience in retail management, having served as Front End Team Leader at Tesco from May 2005 to August 2010, where responsibilities included developing and motivating employees while managing scheduling and availability. Following this, Kaled worked at The Sultan Center from May 2013 to August 2015 as Front End Manager, with a focus on daily store operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Currently, Kaled holds the position of Customer Relations Manager and Sustainability Specialist at IKEA since August 2015, focusing on business planning and development aligned with customer needs and sales targets. Kaled earned a Higher National Diploma in Computing from City College and a BSc Honors Degree in Business Information Technology from Birmingham City University.
