Marta Gomes

Marta Gomes is currently the Talent Sourcing & EVP Leader at IKEA, where they focus on shaping people and culture. Previously, they held various roles at IKEA Group, including People & Culture Administrator and Recruiter. Marta also gained experience as a volunteer psychologist at Liga dos Combatentes and completed an internship as a psychologist at Centro de Saúde de Sete Rios. They hold a master's degree in Health Psychology and a postgraduate degree in Psychological Assessment from ISPA - Instituto Universitário de Ciências Psicológicas, Sociais e da Vida. Marta completed their secondary education with a focus on scientific-humanistic languages and humanities at Escola Secundária de Vergílio Ferreira.
