Mikhail Sychevski

Mikhail Sychevski is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development across various domains, including Delivery and Services Management at IKEA and insurance and online restaurant management at EPAM Systems. At IKEA, Mikhail enhanced internal billing solutions, contributed to middleware for store automation interfaces, and developed a proof of concept for store replenishment analytics. Prior to IKEA, Mikhail worked on a generic insurance platform and created a greenfield solution for optimizing restaurant operations at EPAM Systems. Mikhail began career as a Software Engineer, developing analytics modules with AI insights for workforce management applications. Mikhail holds a Bachelor's degree in Intelligent Information Technology Protection from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
