Monique Minaker, CHRL, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Market Area People & Culture Manager at IKEA Group since September 2012, having also held roles as Country Talent Manager and Human Resources Manager within the same organization. Prior to joining IKEA, Monique worked at Air Canada from January 2006 to September 2012 as a Human Resources Advisor and began her career as a Human Resources Coordinator at In Store Focus from January 2005 to January 2006. Monique holds a Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from Humber College (2004-2005) and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Radio and Television Arts from Ryerson University (1990-1995).
