Nicolas Huber

Nicolas Huber is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a People and Culture Generalist at IKEA since September 2025, Nicolas previously held the position of Site HR Specialist at Cainiao Network from April 2023 to September 2025, focusing on long-term HR strategies, executive coaching, and union relations. Prior to that, Nicolas worked as a Human Resources Officer and Resource Planner Onsite at Adecco, managing full recruitment processes and HR project management. Earlier career experiences include HR roles at ISoSL - Intercommunale de Soins Spécialisés de Liège, Palifor Logistics, and Arista. Nicolas holds degrees in mediation and conflict management from the University of Liège and HR management from HEPL, along with a certification in prevention.
