Nicole Steger

Nicole Steger serves as the Head of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion at IKEA Austria, where responsibilities include fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Previously, Nicole held the title of Diversity Inclusion Equality Leader and also worked as a Human Resources Manager at IKEA. Additionally, as a self-employed professional, Nicole offers coaching and services as an Arbeitspsychologe. With a background in network marketing as a Frischepartnerin for Ringana, Nicole gained valuable experience during a parental leave period. Educational qualifications include studies at Arge Vienna from 2010 to 2012 and earlier education in St. Johann in Tirol from 1989 to 2005.
