Rathan Thammaiah

Rathan Thammaiah has over a decade of experience in resource management, currently serving in the People Planning Center of Excellence at IKEA since May 2021. Prior to this role, Rathan held position of Resource Manager at Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited from May 2018 to May 2021, and at HCL Technologies from August 2014 to May 2018, focusing on operational metrics such as on-time fulfillment and proactive planning. Rathan began the career as a Resource Manager at Wipro from January 2010 to August 2014, where responsibilities included managing operational parameters and later advancing to Staffing Head for the Manufacturing vertical in SAP practice. Rathan holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from BITS Pilani and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
