Kristy Clowe

Kristy Clowe has extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as a Senior Program Specialist in People Operations and Planning at Essential Energy since November 2022. Prior to this role, Kristy spent over 18 years at WesTrac Cat, where positions included People and Culture Manager, Human Resource Business Partner, and Senior HR Advisor. Kristy holds a Bachelor's Degree with a major in HR/IR from the University of Newcastle and has completed various professional development courses at the Australian Institute of Management, Safety Services, WorkCover, and Caterpillar.
