Stella Zhang

Stella Zhang is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management. Stella began the career at Pactera as a Recruiting Lead/HR Specialist from February 2007 to April 2009, followed by a role at Accenture as a Recruiting Professional from April 2009 to December 2011, where efficiency in fulfilling positions across regions was notably achieved. Subsequently, Stella worked at 宜家 from January 2016 to December 2021, holding multiple roles including HR Manager, where oversight of HR and Admin Departments and communication regarding corporate social responsibility was a key responsibility. Additionally, Stella served as China HR Project Leader and Site HR Manager, focusing on compensation and benefits, learning and development, industrial relations, employee relations, and recruitment.
