Tamara Hilgers

Tamara Hilgers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and legal services. Currently serving as Country People & Culture Manager at IKEA Netherlands since January 2012, Tamara has previously held positions including Deputy Country People & Culture Manager at IKEA Germany and HR Operations/Workplace Manager. Prior to joining IKEA, Tamara was the Head of Human Resources & Legal Department at mydays GmbH from 2005 to 2012. Tamara holds a law degree from The University of Bonn and has furthered professional development through multiple certifications, including CHANGE CONSULTANT, EFQM ASSESSOR, BUSINESS MEDIATOR, and PROJECT MANAGER.
